Breast Surgery

After spending more than 15 years living in the Western New York area, I consider Buffalo to be my hometown. I obtained my undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Buffalo, in addition to completing my residency in the General Surgery training program. I then continued my training at Georgetown University in Washington D.C., where I specialized in Breast Surgical Oncology.

Following this specialized training, I served as a Breast Surgeon and Director of the Breast Center in Central California for several years, before returning home to Western New York to give back to the community that helped me become who I am today.

Currently board-certified and fellowship-trained in treating all diseases of the breast, my clinical interest focuses on screening and identifying high risk patients that will benefit from surveillance. My areas of expertise include benign and malignant breast disease, breast ultrasounds, nipple-sparing and skin-sparing mastectomies, and oncoplasty (oncoplastic lumpectomies).

Additionally, I am engaged in teaching medical students and residents as a Clinical Assistant Professor of the University at Buffalo to train the next generation of physicians and surgeons.
