Certifications
Northtowns Ambulatory Surgery Center has received full accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), epitomizing the Center’s ability to provide the utmost in quality care to its patients. Organizations that earn AAAHC Accreditation embody the philosophy of “1095 Strong,” a transformational movement spearheaded by AAAHC to equip ambulatory leaders with the best of what they need to operationalize quality practices. This philosophy represents the three years, or 1,095 days, of the accreditation term, and it is meant to inspire vital everyday habits and a mindset of adopting policies and procedures that promote ongoing quality improvement and excellence in patient care.
The Center will also be applying for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) deemed status. NASC and its owners are committed to quality patient care and adherence to the laws, regulations and standards of the New York State Department of Health, CMS and AAAHC.
