Jeffrey Berndtson, MD

General Surgery
I provide elective and emergent general surgical care. My practice involves treatment of a wide variety of disorders including gallbladder, hernia, appendix, skin lesion excision, and disorders of the large and small bowel. My clinical focus is on minimally invasive surgery, with an emphasis on robotic surgery. I perform procedures for abscess, cyst, lipoma, and mole excision or biopsy of concerning lesions. I use a non-narcotic pain regimen for many of my outpatient minimally invasive procedures. In addition to surgical procedures, I perform upper and lower endoscopy, including colonoscopy for colon cancer screening.

Serving both the Northtowns and the Southtowns of Buffalo, I have been in practice locally since 2002. I strive to provide my patients with the convenience and accessibility to quality care they deserve.
